Do not splash oils directly on the stones, as the oils will start to burn!

The skin gets rid of dead cells and is saturated with oxygen and beneficial oils.

Muscle spasm and tightness go away, the body relaxes.

Massage types

Broom massage

The steam doubles in effect, opening the pores to absorb the beneficial oils from the leaves.

Such massage perfectly relaxes, tones the body, invigorates.

Foam massage

Previously, this type of massage was used only in the East, but now it is becoming popular in Russia due to its cosmetic effect.

First, the masseur rubs the whole body with a hard cloth to remove dead skin cells, and then gently massages the foam with aroma oils.

Thanks to the foam massage, the skin is renewed, nourished with useful microelements and cleansed.

Bamboo massage

Bamboo brooms are used.

Sports and classic massages

In the sauna, the body relaxes and it is easiest to work out the muscles and joints.

That is why saunas are often installed in sports centers.

Hygienic massages using various cosmetics, honey, scrub

Such massages are aimed at cleansing and rejuvenating the skin, getting rid of cellulite and increasing the elasticity of problem areas.

Peeling

Peels can be used in everyday life 1-2 times a week to cleanse the skin, remove the keratinized layer of the epidermis. In the sauna, the scrubbing effect is better. The scrub not only cleanses, but also acts as a massage, fights age spots.

The effect is smooth, firm skin.

Harsh scrubs with large particles - coffee, apricot pits, salt, sugar - can only be used on the body, not on the face.

For the face, it is better to use softer products - gommages.

Alternate these procedures when visiting the sauna, and you will get the maximum health and beauty effect!
