If you are not satisfied with a product quality, you can return it.
Standard Return Policy
- You can return an item you bought from us within 15 calendar days after the day you received it.
- Once you start the return process, you’ll have 14 days to complete the return.
- We will refund to the payment method you used minus the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day we receive the goods back. If you haven’t received your order yet, contact us to change or cancel it.
Step 1: Tell us what you want to return
- Find the order with the item you want to return.
- Explain the reason for the return. Attach pictures if required.
- If you see "Item is not eligible for return," your shipment either hasn’t shipped yet or has passed the 15 day return limit. If it hasn’t shipped yet, you may be able to cancel or change your order.
Step 2: Wrap it up
Include the following in your package:
- The box your purchase came in.
- The product.
- Other accessories, documentation, and anything else that came with the product.
- Do not include accessories that didn’t come with the product originally.
Step 3: Send it back to MORZH
You can return your product by any shipping service and it must be paid.
Exchanges aren’t available. Instead, you can return your purchase and use your refund to buy a different item.
